Introduction of the field:
Pre-hospital emergency is one of the
subgroups of medicine. The duties of the graduates of this field are to provide medical services
independently to the accident patients outside the medical centers.
Long term goals:
- Improving the quality of education of
emergency medical students
- Implementation of research projects
and publication of articles related to pre-hospital emergencies by the members
of the scientific department with the participation of students
- Improving the human resources of the
medical emergency department
Short term goals:
- Implementation
and completion of at least 5 research projects with the cooperation of
department students in the form of mentorship in the next 2 years, using the
data of the emergency medical center
- Publish at least 5 first-level indexed articles with
the affiliation of the medical emergency group
- Holding extracurricular courses based on the needs
assessment of students and graduates of the department
- Monitoring of students' academic level by group members
- Implementation of the internal evaluation program and
extraction of weak points that can be improved in the Prehospital Emergency
department
- Quantitative and qualitative improvement of students'
study resources based on the accreditation audit checklist.
How to applying for the course:
Apply in
this field among male or female candidates with a diploma in experimental
sciences is semi-centralized through a national entrance exam with an interview
and physical examination.
The following conditions are required to enter the field:
Minimum height for men: 170 cm
Minimum height for women: 165 cm
No Nyctalopia, NO chronic diseases, having a suitable body mass index and less than 25
